Overview

A dual tray collection unit is typically used for collect Vial, Ampoule & Bottle into Single tray or two separate trays. This setup is common in high-speed automated production lines where products need to be counted or separated for different processes or destinations.

Automated Tray Positioning: Systems that adjust the tray position to optimize vial placement and allow quick. switching between full and empty trays.
Dual Tray Configuration: Allows continuous operation by alternating between two trays. When one tray is full, it’s moved out, and an empty tray is shifted in seamlessly.
Height and Width Adjustments: Adjustable slots or customizable trays that can be configured to handle different vial shapes and heights, enabling flexible use with minimal setup time.

High-Speed Collection and Synchronization: Designed to align with the speed of filling, capping and Labeling lines, allowing collection without production delays.
Batch Counting: For batch management, these systems count vials per tray and trigger an automatic or transfer once the set number is reached.
Data Logging: Integrated data logging to record the number of vials collected report, batch details report, & alarm report with 21CFR Part 11 Compliance.
