Overview

SINGLE-USE SYRINGES HAVE BECOME A PHARMACEUTICAL APPLICATION FORMAT THAT PROVIDES SAFETY, HYGIENE, AND DOSING ACCURACY FOR MEDICAL INJECTIONS.

The Semi-Automatic PFS Filling & Rubber Stoppering machines in the Durva MassPFS series integrate the most advanced technology for PFS Filling & Rubber Stoppering for Aseptic Processing. Machine equipment have been designed to operate in clean rooms, complying with cGMP and US FDA standards, in special compliance with the requirements of the pharmaceutical industry.

Filling Range of MassPFS Series is 1200 PFS/ Hour in 2 ml.

Operator will remove Nest from Tub manually.
Operator will Load Nest on Filling Station on Nest Holder Plate manually.
Nest Holder will move in X and Y Direction as per define program in HMI automatically.
Single Head Piston Pump Will Fill PFS one by one as per Fill volume set in HMI.
Piston Pump will suck liquid from Storage tank and will discharge in to PFS as per Volume set in HMI.
Filling Needle will fill from bottom of PFS and will come up side gradually as per filling speed.

After Completion of Filling Cycle in Nest, Operator will remove Nest and will Load the same nest in Stoppering Chamber.
Pre-nested Rubber Stopper will be load up side of PFS Nest.
After Load of PFS nest and Pre nested Rubber Stopper, Operator will Close Door of Stoppering Chamber.
Vacuum will be charged in Stoppering Chamber.
After reaching set point of Vacuum in Chamber Cylinder will push the Stopper in to PFS, and Stopper will transfer from Nest to PFS automatically.
After Completion of Stoppering process, operator will remove both nest from Chamber and repeat above point for Next PFS nest.
