Overview

The capping machines in the Durva MaxCapper series integrate the most advanced technology for sealing cylindrical glass vials with aluminium flip-off, Alu-caps. The machines comply with all established guidelines and regulations for aseptic processes. MaxCapper Series have a Infeed Turn Table, 4 Head Capping Unit (Driven by Servo Motor), Moving Rack System for Vial Transportation, Vibratory Bowl Unit, Rejection Unit for No Cap Vial Rejection. All Assembly of MaxCapper Series Manufacturing with Latest Technology.

Capping Range of MaxCapper Series is 9000 Vial/ Hour in 2 ml Vial.

Specially Design Vial transfer Rack to move Vial from Infeed Turn Table for Vial Sealing Station and Collection Tray.
Vial will be pick up from Turn table guide and will transfer to sealing station.
Vial Transfer rack is driven by Servo motor.
Vial transfer rack and Support guide will be change as per vial size.
Rotary Vibrator which will vibrate in Rotary direction and will feed cap in desire orientation.
Specially design Rotary Bowl which will mount on Rotary Vibrator and will feed Caps in Desire orientation.
Cap will be transfer from Bowl to Cap pickup unit by Chute

Rotary Cap feeder unit will mount on Machine frame.
Specially Design 4 Capping Head which mounted on Machine frame.
Vial which transfers from Infeed Turn Table, which will pick up Caps from Cap pickup unit and will comes for Sealing Operation.
Each Head will hold vial from Top Side and Rotate from base for Sealing operation.
Crimping Roller will come near to vail and will gradually press Cap near by Vial neck to sealing operation.
Pressure of Head and Crimping rollers will be adjustable for best quality sealing.
